In the NBA, a miss free throw or miss FG, a bad pass, a turnover, that's part of the game. An interception in football, a fumble, those are natural events that happen. I just touched on it a little bit, if you don't understand any of this, then I am wasting my time. i must admit, it is harder in baseball. But it doesn't mean they can't...Mostly are controlled by pitchers and believe me or not, batters know how to hit them if the game needs a double play or what...They can swing hitting the air if needed...Pitchers can throw a wild pitch is needed...Umpires can call strikes even beyond the strike zone....Its basically the same, only the way they do it is different......cmon these are professionals, that is what they are paid for.... Anyway, it seems Giants is winning lol...then my hint was a mistake |

dc, just wondering, if you think NBA is fixed, how come you don't think MLB is not fixed? It is basically the same thing, its just that in the NBA the score is high, but in the MLB is a low scoring game that is why it is not so obvious.

covas, if you have read my thread, its not about mega money because of matchups...MLB can setup a Tampa Bay vs Nats series if they want to...the league won't care about attendance or viewers...It is how they manipulate all the games throughout the year to see to it that gamblers lose in the long run...it includes fake injuries, exaggerated lines and many more....
Btw, the Phillies vs Texas is just my hint...no facts to support it... Just to share a link: https://sportsgambling.about.com/od/advancedtheory/a/bettorslose.htm "It's a widely known concept that the vast majority of sports bettors are going to lose money. The most popular is that 90-percent of sports gamblers will lose money over the course of the year, but that doesn't stop people from wagering on sports. When those bettors eventually go broke and cannot wager any more, there's always somebody else waiting to take their place in line." A stadium fills up a maximum of 80,000? How about the number of people who bet in 1 day??? ...could be millions.... |

I will go out on a limb and say. The World Series WILL NOT come down to a Game 7, Lee versus Halladay. Let's watch and let it play itself out. I never said that it will go down to game 7..I said Phillies will go up against Texas in the WS because of the Halladay and Lee match up. But of course I might be wrong... Try bringing Texas and Yankees outside of the league and let them play as them....Texas won't win I assure you that...That is how players are paid, they are paid to deliver what is asked of them with the help of officiating... Anyway, let's stop this nonsense...I just said what i believe...peace! |

Guys you're always saying that attendance mean a lot to the league that is why the Yankees should have been the beneficiaries of the fixes...that is not true! The league gets their money from gambling! Even if stadiums are empty, MLB will still be there..Revenues from attendance and advertisements are only a plus to them...

Every Professional League is fixed. That includes MLB of course!
This is what MLB is trying to have on the headlines for the World Series..... Roy Halladay vs Cliff Lee Was Phillies correct in choosing Roy Halladay ove Cliff Lee? expect Phillies to win both games.... |
