I am sure you know what to do with tools? I am sure of that... |

Never said I wouldn't post anymore, just said I am not posting picks anymore. If someone asked me what software I use to build my NN, I will tell them. I never said anything negative about anyone here and I shouldn't since I don't know anyone here personally.
No need to attack me personally over the web. That is the punk thing to do. I own guns just like the rest of you so save all the internet tough guy stuff. It really makes you look stupid....

I read an article one time, that a guy did his thesis on neural networks using Greyhound racing data as the example and he was picking a high percentage of long shot winners.
If you can't that's fine.

After reading many of the posts here, I see that the most valuable contributions come from those who provide detailed writeups around their selections. I am using a sophisticated back propagated neural network that doesn't provide writeups. I have done very well over the last two years in both college and pro football with the following records this year that are 100% documented from my threads:
College Record (38-26) 59.3%
NFL Record (9-4) 69.2%
Overall Record (47-30) 61%
It takes considerable effort to type in all of the box score stats for every game to derive a result. I only post my plays with the hope that it is helping people to win money. As I have said before, the neural network I have built was backtested on 10 years of data for both college and pro with a 59% ATS lifetime result. To me, that is incredible, but as I look around covers, it looks like people don't fully appreciate 59%. I will continue to use my neural network for my own perosnal betting, but there are so many better cappers here that make my 61% for the year look like crap. This is a information site where simply picking winners doesn't add much value. Members need to understand why a selection was made to improve their understanding of handicapping and I understand that.
Good luck to all of you on a great football season!
