Australians! (mostly) 

I see a lot of value with these picks. Don't put much on them, but if one of the dogs' hits your going to cashout.

  • Kyrgios +700- loves the US Open, he will love the crowd behind him. He is a heavy hitter and when he is in form, is very tough to beat. Andy Murray can breakdown mentally in matches as we've all seen. 
  • Kokkinakis +400- is primed to breakout in a major and has plenty of firepower to knockout Gasket. Gasquet is old and coming off a Wimbledon high. 
  • Lleyton -220- will feed off the crowd to get through a 1st round match. Don't know how easy it will be.. but he'll get it done
  • Kohlschrieber -180- this is just a hunch, but he's a solid all around player
  • Donaldson +155- this teenager has a lot of potential and has broken through this year. I think he'll win in 5 sets.

Alright fellas, as a disappointed Jacket fan I can tell you that this GT team has really been on a slipping slope lately. Tech's last 4 losses have all been morally crushing. Last game against UNC it didn't look like we were ready to compete AT ALL. Tomorrow with our best player/leader sidelined with injury (Marcus Georges-Hunt) I don't think we stand a chance of scoring enough points to beat a team. I can tell you right now that Hanlan (BC) is excited to torch a Yellow Jacket team he's done twice previously. These Tech players are ready for Spring Break. Bet the Golden Eagles.

The line currently stands at Stanislas Wawrinka (Switzerland) at +320. He is facing off against Andy Murray the 3rd seed. I've watched the entire US Open and am quite knowledgeable when it comes to tennis. Murray has underperformed greatly in his last few matches, while Wawrinka is playing bear flawless tennis the entire tournament. He took down no.5 seed Tomas Berdych with relative ease and hit more winners than I've ever seen him hit. He is stroking the ball very clean right now while Murray showed great struggle against the no.65 player in the world, Istomin. Look for Wawrinka to play the agressor from the baseline and pull off the upset in 4 sets. For this price you have to put a few units on Wawrinka to win outright.

a shootaround, seriously?? of course PJ Hairston isnt going to miss in warmups i watched the unc shootaround when they played GT and they almost NEVER miss. then hairston came out and went 1-6 from 3 land. what a stupid post
