Agree with some of what you have said Broker but Brewers are not exactly quite as hot as they had been despite winning the past 2 days. I have plenty of success betting against a team in game 3 of a series that they had won the first two. STL Cardinals today is the play for me... BOL

Both times Michigan beat Michigan St, Mich St was injured with either Payne or Dawson or both. Mich St lost more than half of their 8 losses with injuries. They are finally fully healthy. Line should be Mich St all day in my opinion. Ill be on Mich St as well at -1.5. Bought a point when it was at 2.5 last night

No Kentucky will be favored by less than 8.5... Kentucky by 6.5 or 7

Agree on Cuse but Maryland has actually played very well of late (taking the wins/losses out of the picture). Lost by 2 @Duke, Lost in Double OT @ Clemson, & Lost by 8 @Virginia which is hard to do. In Virginia's recent road games they barely beat Clemson, and we didn't even have our starting center/3rd most important player. The game was down to the wire. Then @VT, Virginia only won by 4. The fact is that Virginia has not played near a tough of an ACC schedule as most of the other teams in the league. With that aside, UVA is obviously a great basketball team. I just think Maryland is "due" to knock off one of these top ACC teams that they have come so close to doing this year OR lose within the 4....lol

Clemson has the #2 scoring defense in the nation lol. If anyone thought Clemson would score over 60 points in this game they know nothing about basketball. Here are the scores of other teams who have played @ Syracuse this season....
Notre Dame - 55 Points Duke - 89 Points in Overtime Pittsburgh - 54 Points UNC - 45 Points Miami - 44 Points Villanova - 62 Points Indiana - 52 Points In my opinion Clemson has played exactly the way they should have vs #1 team in nation. When you dont have equal talent you have to slow the game down |

Awww looks like someone is upset they bet on Clemson? :( Clemson is the #2 scoring defense in college basketball right now behind Virginia. For future reference, you dont bet on Clemson favored by 6-8 points vs an ACC team...this Clemson team grinds games out to make low scoring, close affairs. The majority of the time it is best to bet Clemson when they are underdogs of more than 4 or so points because their defense will usually keep them in games. UNC & Pitt are exceptions. Any 15-6 team in the ACC is far from terrible....and btw I am 9-3 betting on Clemson this year (had Georgia Tech +9 today because I bet it last night before the line went down)

Scratch that...Maryland has lost 2 at home. Still, they have been hard to beat at home.

Looks like someone is mad they bet on Clemson... lol. Kid, Maryland has lost one game at home and beat duke and ncst at home. And Maryland is trying to get into the tournament. What did you expect? Im a Clemson fan and knew we wouldn't win this game. Clemson has the 3rd best ACC home record in the ACC the past 3 seasons combined and one of the worst away teams in ACC. Don't bet on Clemson away

I'll warn you now, though I like your other plays, my clemson tigers
have the best home record in conference play, outside of duke & unc,
since Brad Brownell has taken over as the coach (within 1 and 2 games
of Duke and UNC). They are 17-5 at home since 2010.
The losses came from FSU by 5 in 2012-13, NCST by 1 in 2012-13, Maryland by 2 in 2011-12, Duke by 7 in 2011-12, UNC by 2 in 2010-11. Never more than 7. Clemson is atrocious on the road but they are a different team at home. Will not be suprised if we are there first ACC loss. Most likely Miami wins from 1-8 points but I would lean within the 6.5. No way they lose by that much and wont give up more than 70 points unless overtime. Mark my words. |
