I have the same problem. I can't stop. what's worse? I have a family..
We all know we can't win in the long run..
What helps me is admitting that I can't stop gambling, but also recognize I have a family to feed.
I focus on working hard and only bet $500 per week..It's very very difficult to stop gambling..

And don't worry about losing 50k..many, including me have lost that much and more..

If you can stop gambling, 50k is cheap price to pay..

If you can't stop..

thanks for your thoughts! I am okay with money now.. i only bet 25-50 dollars per bet when following cover. Also, posting on covers actually helps controlling my bets. I don't feel greedy anymore. I feel okay betting small and it feels more like a game now.
