Makes absolute 0 sense. The sportsbooks know the average Joe just takes home favorites so they all keep winning each day? I honestly don’t understand sports betting anymore. ONE away underdog should win in 3 days of hockey. At least one. How is this even possible? So from now on, let’s just take home favorites every day in NHL. Guarantee you’ll profit at the end of the year. Starting next year I’ll be doing that with all sports. Look at baseball. ALL the home teams won last night. |

9-10-11 point favs constantly getting 30 point leads. It’s not even fun to watch. |

Why bet an underdog in any sport? Take for example tn if you combine NBA and MLB. I think 6 underdogs won out of 35 games lol? This is a joke at this point. |

Yep. It’s been happening in all sports for the past 2 years. It’ll even out eventually. |

@diondimucci So should we all bet favs on the ML every night in all sports and keep making money? |

Do underdogs win in MMA? I guess more specifically UFC? For the past year, FAVORITES HAVE BEEN WINNING EVERY MATCH IN UFC. |

….still seems to be the way to go. I have to ask this again. How is the regular gambler winning these 3-4 game a night ML fav parlays every night? This isn’t even me betting any more on the +250 to +350 dogs this is just asking a general question. How is this actually happening? |

@the1toturn2 Because you keep winning betting favs on the ML, lol. It’s that simple. |

What a joke NIL has made college sports. At least for us betting it, JUST TAKE FAVS. Unreal this past year. |

@totter You‘re missing the point. I’m a +200 to +400 ML dog gambler. That has been BRUTAL the past year. But, regardless of my betting preference, I’ve noticed, overall and in all sports, that there has been a huge decline in those type of dogs winning straight up for a while now. I’ll switch my investment strategy but….it’s weird how it never flipped. This is an ongoing “thing.” |

@Luv2Win06 This. It makes zero sense at all how favorites win on the ML 90% of the time. That’s not how sports betting works. MAYBE 75% of the time a couple of days a week but when was the last time more underdogs won straight up in ANY popular sport? NHL, NBA, MLB, NCAAF, NCAAB. Something has been going on this past year since they legalized it that is wayyyy off than past years. I have never seen the past year an equal amount of underdogs winning to favorites on a given night. |
