Boston is making them look like fools out there. LAL is not even in the same league! THey could lose this game by 50 and I hope the hell they do!!! Well Ray, The good news is we don't need them to win....JUST COVER!!!!!!!||moneybag.gif' border=0> This game will come down to a few things: 1) Kobe repeats what he did in the last game. 2) Jackson has Kobe play 40 minutes. 3) GaSOFT actually plays like he did last game. 4) Odom shows up. 5) PLAY SOME SORT OF DEFENSE!!! The rest will take care of itself. I think with Perkins not playing allows Gasol and Odom to have a much more physical game underneath. No one really knows where Allen's head will be tonight and Rondo has not been a real big factor of late. LAL has forced him to take the jump shots which he is not real good at. We all know the calls will go against LAL and will be putting the Celtics to the line a lot tonight. If Gasol or Odom gets into early foul trouble lke Garnett did in the last game, then we can kiss it goodbye. It is going to be a great game!!!! Uniden

Well arcademus. I have been on LAL the enitre series and we all know where that has got me. I originaly thogught about Celtics, but just cannot pull the trigger!!!! 4.5 points and it may well be 5 by tipoff. Without Perkins down low, I LOVE the LAL. It is the only way LAL to control the boards. If he plays then I am on Boston. This may well be the best gamed played to day!!!

Hey Ray, Man!! I have played the damn LAL EVERY frickin game in this series and...as you can imagine...bad beats! The team just does not want to show up. Gasol is so damn soft underneath and ODOM....well who the hell knows if he actually decides to show up and play Basketball??? The bench has not been impressive and for some damn reason, Phil Jackson seems to think the "ZEN" approach is best. The last game Kobe goes off and lights up the borads. Then, mysteriously, Jackson pulls him and we see some no named idiot in there who has NEVERY PLAYED!!! Are you frickin kidding me!!!! It is the playoffs and Jackson sticks in some no name...to do what!!! THat was very strange. Then you have to think Boston is going to put up some defensive effort tonight which will intimidate the baby Lakers form penetrating. ONce that happens, they become jump shooters and they end up putting 12 points on the board over a qtr and they lose! This team does not continue to drive to the hoop. They do it sporadically. and when they do drive...well, look at the first qtr last game. However, given that, I would have thoguht the line would be much higher. Like 6-8? Yeah I know the big guy, Perkins has a shoulder injury and wil likely miss playing. Also, Rhondo is limping somewhat. And the news about Allen's kid was new to me. He will definitely play. WIth Perkins out, Gasol just may have a chance to "pillow" the boards tonight. GOd know he does not like to get hit OR hit people!! My only concern in taking the damn LAL is if they get down late in the game...they will stop playing and that will be that! Just don't see a lot of hustle late in the game. Just my thoughts.
