first thing that pops in your head is "yeah" the over coz you think boise will score alot and toledo will score too.... heres the down side of it, if toledo wants to win this they have to get a lead and control the game and the clock means no penalties that kill a drive, no turnovers , and keep making first downs, and im sure thats how this will be coached so could be the under... guess we will find out at game time
