New withdrawal options include person to person as well as book to book. Looks like Betonline format. Anyone familiar with this? replied to AVOID SPORTSBETTING.AG at all Costs! in Gaming Industry - US Update- I asked customer service IF I should have my withdrawals by wire refunded and re-submit by check since it's been more than 2 weeks and I have no communication on status of withdrawals. Yesterday I got a call and emailing saying my withdrawals have been refunded and full amount of withdrawals were back in my account. I guess they didn't understand the part asking IF I should have them refunded- they just went ahead and did it. So now I have to request checks- but can only do one request a day and max per check is $2500.....I kind of believe that my wire transfers were never going to be sent by the processor, so maybe this is for the best.... Customer service has been nice when chatting with them, but no one has any information other than saying upper mamagement told them it could take up to 63 business days. The guy I talked to has supposedly sent an ema, at my request, to management asking if 1 of my witjdrawals can be reversed and I can then request checks- $2500 at a time until entite amount is sent by checks. I see on their site that check is the only available method and has a max of 2500. And- you can only do 1 request per day. Somehow they need to also get person to person as a method. On SBR, they hav eat least a dozen payout complaints that total more than $100k. Sems like it is a Ponzi scheme- they are trying to take enough in deposits to pay off withdrawals from months ago. Then hoping to make it to football season when they get the bulk of their deposits. I just want the $15k they owe me.... I requested wire and they are telling me they can't change it now since the requests were sent to the processor in late April. I talked to their so-called new withdrawal assistance service rep on chat about an hour ago. He said that they won't hear back from the processor until at least the end of May.
