created a topic VICTORYMAN FRIDAY PICKS in Penalty Box NBA Rookies vs. NBA Sophomores (-10) (9:00PM ET) (TNT) The sophomores have a 5 game winning streak in this game and one can point to playing time and NBA experience the sophomores have over the rookies who have to compete for minutes with their teams. The sophomores play about 10 more minutes a game than do the young rookies. Sophomores Rudy Gay and Paul Millsap competed as rookies last year and poured in 22 points apiece in last year’s game. Jordan Farmer is also on the sophomore squad as a point guard and is an important part of the Lakers rotation and will do a good job feeding his group of super sophomores for easy buckets.
