this is how people  (esp kids) get abducted. Well read about this thurs morning in the newspaper about a new amber alert sitaution. Ok so both my mom and grandma are nurses and tell me over n over again im a hypochondriac and have anxiety and need to not worry. Ive been to the doctors over and over again for headaches chest pain and the doctor always tells me theres nothing wrong its all in your head. Ive been on a really shitty sleep schedule to, last night got home drunk at 3am slept till 530am woke up with a major headache couldnt fall back asleep till like 630 and slept non stop till 500pm missing my nfl day. Now the day before i slept from 4am till 9am to wake up for ncaaf. Im in school so some days i fall asleep at like 4am and have to wake up at 730. then catch it all back the days i have off. Ive been feeling kind of shitty latly but ocne again everyone says nothing to worry about your fine. Been to the doctors plenty of times had cat scans all that stuff and again everything is fine. Now i know parents tell you things to make you feel better obviously because their your parents but ive had this dizzy head feeling since about 6 o clock tonight its now 1230 . I just got in from seeing saw 5( which sucked) and while driving to the movie i got so dizzy for a sec i felt like i was about to pass out with a stroke or something i had to stopo the car and chill out. Ive been gambling for like 8 years and the crazy ending heart wrenching turns are to a point i dont even feel em anymore. My question is for anyone that has serious stress or anxiety can it really mess with your body to a point you feel like your about to die of something. It seems like im feeling like shit so often its becoming sickning. Everone is sick of hearing me but i feel like i have something wrong. Thus ive been tested and checked over and over and everything checks but my main concern is someone seriously out there with stress and anxiety and if it really messes u up like this. Also does anyone know if crazy sleep habits can give you headaches and make you feel major dizziness??? thanks
