created a topic Tampa Bay Buccaneers at New Orlean Saints in NFL Betting It’s a leap of faith to expect the Buccaneers to play well in consecutive games, but we’re going to proceed anyway. Maybe putting a 55 on the Rams last week has unleashed QB Jameis Winston and this Tampa offence. New coach Bruce Arians can do that to a team. This is huge game for the Bucs. A win will place them in at least a tie atop the NFC South. It has been a while since the Bucs have been in this position. While the Saints are to be commended for their win over Dallas last week, we can’t ignore Teddy Bridgewater’s pedestrian play. Teddy’s deep ball is non-existent and that will put a lot of pressure on his team’s ground game. The Bucs are the league’s top team at negating the run, allowing a puny 59.2 yards per game rushing. The Saints have just one cover on previous six played here. Now they take on a division foe who they have split the past four seasons against, including a 48-40 setback with Brees last season.
