The thing about the dogs is, they play in a unique way that no other team plays, as a matter of fact, there is no team that plays like us....

Our halves are very inexperienced, however, if the team played in a traditional way, then i would say this will be against us,....but we dont....we dont rely on our halves to create on there own...rather, they are just a piece in the production line....So the pressure is not really on them.

The key is the first 20 mins..it will be about nerves. If we are equal or only 6 behind, i give us a huge chance...

Melbourne are a good team, but up here in front of 75k people going for the dogs, it becomes a different proposition

I'm not on a high horse because of the horrible thing that happened to this girl mate. Anyone who knows me would know that I've been shaking my head at the inefficiencies of the legal system for years. I'm not advocating 'throwing the book at them all'.

C'mon mate, our country's gaols are full of drug addicts and petty thieves, yet this fuckwit is out and about with seemingly no surveillance.. The guy was released on parole when he king hit a random kid and yet was never made finish his sentence for his last conviction. Had he served his original term, he wouldn't have been out on Sydney Road looking to rape someone on Saturday morning. People like him aren't going to rehabilitate - they are fucked in the head and aren't going to change.

I'm not saying the 10 that aren't serial rapists and violent offenders need tougher sentences - half of them need treatment for drug addicition. I'm saying that when this case is done and dusted, and the bad egg's form is looked at, perhaps it won't be surprising that this girl ended up in a ditch on the side of the road.
