The stats that follow (be they for the general competition, or for an individual team) are taken from only games played in Aussie & NZ. I seriously believe (& have done so for ages) that S15 matches are fixed in SA, esp. between SA sides (ie, that match the Bulls had to win a few years back by 60-80 pts because of for/ag differential reasons and did so almost to the dot), so I don't give a shit about betting on them, or recording the stats derived from them.
(1) Home teams are 10-0 ATS and the Favourite is 10-0 SU over the last 10 games played
(This includes the game the Hurricanes covered against the Crusaders when they were designated "the road team" but of course thats a load of shit: they played at the Cake tin? They're the fucking home team.) This is the longest run of home ATS results there's been this season - during this run, only 1 Dog has led at halftime.
(2) Since (& incl.) Round 12, Sat & Sun games are a combined 17-3 to Under
I don't know what the fuck has been put in the players water, but outside of Fri. night games (which went 7-5 to under over this period), S15 matches just have sucked balls for any decent scoring
(3) The Reds have played 14 games, and only 2 have had higher scoring 2nd halves
The books offer a higher socring half option, with the 1st half always at plus odds. Queensland just loves putting up a shitton of 1st half points, then sleeping on that effort in the 2nd half: hence they have had 10 games with a highest scoring 1st half, 2 games where the scoring was tied for each half, and only 2 favoured 2nd halves end up the highest scorers. Their 1st halves average 27.6 pts, 2nd halves avg 19.3 pts. Their Round games vs the Blues & Crusaders both had higher scoring 1st halves (although in the latter, only by 1 pt).
(4) Although the Reds have a reputation as a running/scoring team, they went 9-5 to Under in the Round games
The deciding factor for whether a Reds game goes Over, is their 2nd half scoring. All their 5 Overs had at least 19 pts scored in the 2nd half: the Reds only had 6 games all season register 19+ pts in the 2nd half.

Oh, and here's another stat, not really relevant to the competition at hand. The All Blacks have never won a World Cup in the same year as one of their franchise teams won a Super (-12, -14, -15, -998) Title.

hey maate think u will find that this year the Reds went 9-7 on totals and that was 9 overs.
That depends on whose lines you use/d, and what aspect of those lines you used. FWhen it comes to rugby, I reference the NZ TABs opening lines. On those, the Reds went 9-5 to Under.
