Well hang on a sec AB, because yeah, the Storm have a whole gammut of factors massively in their favour for this weekend's game against Brisbane, but they're not over the line just yet. They still have to beat a very experienced, albeit banged up and depleted, side in the Broncos.
On face value it looks like Brisbane will need a super-human effort to get past Melbourne, especially now with Wallace gone. Even if he was there, I wonder how much fuel is left in the tank of that team. It's just so hard to prolong a winning run in the finals beyond two weeks imo, unless you get a freakishly good rub of the green with injuries and the physicality of the games you're in.
But you just never know mate, Brisbane seems to have a little bit of x-factor about it at the moment, dare I say it, a bit of that QLD origin mentality, esp with Hunt and Taylor playing their last minutes for the club ect. And they'll have Melbourne in their sights after what those lucky purple fcuks did to them in last year's semi final up here.
Anyway, can't help but feel nature will take its course on saturday and the Storm will roll over the top of what I think is one pretty exhausted football team, but if the Storm resort to that 'grim' style of football they played for most of this season and their forwards get stuck in the mud again, anything is possible.

Crazy mate. Woke up at my place this morning and my wife asked 'is that the sun or the moon?'. You seriously couldn't tell.
After half an hour or so I figured it was the sun, but you could stare straight at it.
I had a teleconference this morning with some guys in Sydney - they said they couldn't even see the sun this morning
