My most recent bets (threads), Sharks $3.50 to beat Parra - full of shit?
Or what about the one - Parra $2.70 to beat Manly?
Or Roosters to beat Titans?
Look not here to brag as i also have my share of losses as everyone does, but how can u say what i post 99% here is full of shit?
I have nothing to gain by saying what i said regarding books visiting training sessions. I mean, does it make me look better off by saying it? Why would i even want to make that up? I mean, its not as if i am saying something extravgent like saying i backed the storm to win the wooden spoon? I really dont see by the comments i am made that it is meant to make me look even better.....
Why is it such a big deal anyway? Does it hurt u in a big way if books visit training sessions? I mean, i dont get it? Why would i make that up.....I am simply telling u guys what my mate who is a bookie tells me.....Thats all.

What bothers me is when people make fanciful statements and pass them off as hard and fast facts. Ok, I probably should turn the other cheek and ignore that sort of thing but on some issues where I know the actual truth, its impossible not to step in.
The matter of bookmakers supposedly being present at the training sessions of NRL teams is one such issue. They're not there. Or at least they weren't anywhere near the training sessions of one particular team who's sessions I attended about 99% of the time over a two and half year period from 2007 to mid 2009 through my former profession. And knowing how vigilant and protective NRL coaches are of their playing groups, I reckon that IF any such representatives from bookmaking firms attempted to become regulars at sessions let alone approach club officials, THEY WOULD BE LYNCHED.
I do believe that bookmaking companies attempt to establish "moles" within clubs who contact them with information tid bits when the need arises. One such incident in 2008 confirmed this for me when Scott Prince tweaked a hamstring at a midweek training session. Within about 45 mins the game had been taken off centrebet.
