Might even join you on the Rabbits tonight AB, I just sense the edge has been taken off the Titans this week after they qualified for the finals.

They've got a cushy home game against the Sharks on the horizon to wrap up a top four spot and they could just be caught short a little tonight in the focus department.

Yeah? Haven't heard that one. Know they got Paea..

Would think they had enough backrowers and don't really need a hooker..

Haven't been that impressed with the Titans lately JT.

Agree that ANZ suits those wabbits

agree they've had an EXTREMELY charmed run this year with injuries and not losing key players to rep committments. Reckon it's a credit to them the way they've managed to accumulate wins without setting the world on fire. Last sunday though they were terrific for a lot of that game against the Warriors.

Sewing up a finals spot has been a huge burden for the Titans this season and particularly over the past couple of weeks. Although they've done a good job talking it down, it's been a massive deal to them, just as it is / has been to any club vying for it's first finals berth. And winning last weekend in Auckland was both a massive weight off the club's shoulders and a cause to celebrate.

I just cannot see how the team's collective mindset will be entirely where it needs to be tonight. They've been lapping up the plaudits at home all week and now they're on a short turnaround, on the road against a desperate team that's playing great. Not saying the Titans won't turn up tonight, but it just looks like a situation where they might be a little inclined to play a little below the level of their more desperate opposition.

The Titans have done well since day dot mate. They have 'flown under the radar' this year, and I give them full credit for learning how to grind games out. They are a solid outfit.

But they have yet to show me that they can step it up a gear when they need to - not to say they can't, but they have been treading water a little to me.

On a side note, when will a Rugby League player ever man the fcuk up and admit their mistake ?!

What a crock of shit this whole "new evidence that could clear Greg Inglis" is. It doesn't matter WHAT this girl is supposed to have done or said, because nothing changes the FACT that he PUNCHED A WOMAN IN THE FACE !!

Until the game and or clubs stop paying victims off and sending their spin doctors in to word down these attrocities, nobody in Rugby League will learn a damn thing and the game itself will retain it's image as a sport for knuckle dragging neanderthals
