Yeah? Haven't heard that one. Know they got Paea..
Would think they had enough backrowers and don't really need a hooker..

agree they've had an EXTREMELY charmed run this year with injuries and not losing key players to rep committments. Reckon it's a credit to them the way they've managed to accumulate wins without setting the world on fire. Last sunday though they were terrific for a lot of that game against the Warriors.
Sewing up a finals spot has been a huge burden for the Titans this season and particularly over the past couple of weeks. Although they've done a good job talking it down, it's been a massive deal to them, just as it is / has been to any club vying for it's first finals berth. And winning last weekend in Auckland was both a massive weight off the club's shoulders and a cause to celebrate.
I just cannot see how the team's collective mindset will be entirely where it needs to be tonight. They've been lapping up the plaudits at home all week and now they're on a short turnaround, on the road against a desperate team that's playing great. Not saying the Titans won't turn up tonight, but it just looks like a situation where they might be a little inclined to play a little below the level of their more desperate opposition.

The Titans have done well since day dot mate. They have 'flown under the radar' this year, and I give them full credit for learning how to grind games out. They are a solid outfit.
But they have yet to show me that they can step it up a gear when they need to - not to say they can't, but they have been treading water a little to me.
