Bro i swear the NRL has fixes, can't you see that wasn't a penalty, it just wasn't according to anyone but the referee.

Correct call, rules were made that if you're going to go and tackle or put pressure on the kicker if have to tackle him with your arms around him, the Broncos player led with the elbow( that's what i saw iirc), doesn't matter if it wasn't late.
