we've been masters of the 'honourable 1-nil loss" on many occasions against bigger nations

We lost 2-0 to Brazil in '06 and we had chances in that game. I remember Viduka (I think) trying to chip the keeper and it landed on the roof of the net...

If we had someone with a real killer instinct in front of goal, we could well have snatched a point in that game.
