The Newspapaer also stated that it paid a middle man a couple of hundred G's to bowl some no balls.........But i supposed that it didnt happen either.....The newspaper would risk its reputation for the sake of lying about a few no balls?

If it was any other team, no action would be taken......because it is the dogs , you watch.......
A lady opens up an account and says let me have as much as you would take on the Cows penalty goal.......I mean seriously.....
What i dont understand is, if Tandy is involved, then certainly the cows have to be involved as well, just because Tandy conceedes a penalty doesnt mean the cows will take a penalty...
IMO, i reckon the NRL warned the cowbiys before the game...

I am 95% confident there was collusion in regards to that first scoring play.
Bets of that size on a RL micro-market like "first scoring play" just do not happen. The fix was on.
What makes me laugh though is I can't work out who was more stupid - the people piling thousands on the penalty goal or the player(s) involved. Clearly there was no correspondance with the party that needed to seal this shady deal - the Cowboys. And if that was the case then they're all as fcuking stupid as each other because in a degenerate shoot-out between two teams with nothing to play for, why the hell would anyone take a penalty kick for goal from 10m out ?? No team has gone down that path since Daryl Halligan and the North Sydney Bears

^ and adding to the "idiot meter" is the point that all allegedly involved thought their outlandish action on this obscure betting option WOULDN'T arouse a tonne of suspicion!?
Why didn't they just call the fix on a Cowboys try as FSP ? Bigger bets on that probably would not have set alarm bells ringing and it would have been a lot easier to actually get the deal done on the field.
greedy fools

Thats what i dont get, the only logical explanation is that the NRL may have WARNED the cowboys prior to kickoff as John Brady said the NRL was informed by the bookmaker in the morning of the match............Cowboys initially had to be in on it.......had to have, otherwise Tandy could give away 1000 penalties in front of the sticks but he cant force the Cows to shoot for goal........
If he was hoping the cows take a shot then that becomes nothing really more than a normal bet
