Danny Wicks was a fringe first grader at best. Overrated, overpaid lazy prick who didn't even have the respect of half the team. The only effect his departure will have on the club is to free up salary cap money.

Chris Houston would have been the first forward picked for round 1. His importance to this side can't be overlooked. Steve Simpson is a champion, but age is catching up on him and he has been missing a lot of football. Ben Cross is made of glass and will be gone for the season come round 7 anyway.

Chris Houston, while only 25, was a big talker on the field, he lifted others and had great leadership potential. Brain Smith earmarked him as a future captain.

Now this shit.

Aussie I used to be a big Knights fan...... but we are talking in the day of Mark Sargent and Michael Hagan. Sad to see where this once proud self funded club has gone. They've let their stars go to other teams and bought in the pot heads.
