This game is so hard to predict its not funny.....probably the hardest game of the year......
Cowboys last week was smoke and mirrors...To say every drop of luck went there way in the opening 20 mins last is an understatement.
- Bowen misses a bomb, JT tries to bat it back dead in goal, mis taps it, goes straight to Morgan who runs it out.
- Beale goes to catch a simple kick, slips over on nothing and drops it.
- Graham going over the touch line, throws a Hail Mary and Bowen is there waiting...
After that 20 mins, that was the ball game....Also, the broncos were mighty awful...pathetic actually.
Now Manly, how fit really is Lyon? Shane Watson had a calf injury and he was out for 6 weeks...I have seen many many athletes get calf injuries and they are out for a long time and Lyon recovers in 1 week?
More concerning for Manly is the absence of Matai....That left edge in defense looks very very vulnerable....Whare and Tafua out that side? Thurston and Bowen with Tate might run a muck out there......
The cows do offer some value.....How fit Lyon really is the issue here....

Agree with what you say and then to add to all that the cows have huge revenege angle in this match up after losing out lsat year and the 8-6 loss at home not so long ago and to add to all that they will want to make a huige point and prove they can win away from North QLD.

Calf injuries are a box. Can't see how Lyon is effective unless he along with the NRL was telling us fibs last week regarding the extent of his injury in an attempted TAB conspiracy.
Lyon and Snake (Stewart) are the glue that hold that backline together. The Manly wingers are shithouse...

Tafua? The Dogs made him look like an immortal last week....based on that game, he should be paid $5.5 mill a year...no one could stop him..
Defensively however, he has some issues......The only 2 losses the eagles had in the last 8 weeks were against the dogs...
I was on Manly when they beat the Cows and the cows made plenty of breaks up the middle but they had very veru poor handling...
Can cows win in Sydney?

As bad as Manly were last week, missing Lyon for most of the game....dont forget, if matai executes a simple 2 on 1 right at the end, Manly draw level.......against a good Dogs team.......

so much overthinking here. cowboys are shit on the road, slipped past a shit broncos team now face manly who nearly beat the best team in the comp without their most key player for most of the game
