Harrigan was the best referee when he was on the field. He had a brain fart that night, but I was there and pissed so it was funny as fuck seeing the procession of plodders being binned...
Being the best referee on the park doesn't translate though to being the best manager of referees, where he has shown he has no ability to make the retards better
