For people who say luck doesnt exist, look at Griffin...He is a living example that luck exists....

He is a case of right place, right time......He got on the Lockyer train....Even i could have coached this fucking team with that champion in my side on his farewell tour for the last season....That team didnt need to be coached, that team was just running off raw emotion.

He simply was at the right place, right time, end of story....Lockyer is gone and seriously, that team is fucking woeful....How do u lose a game of league at home after not conceeding a penalty all game? He wont last long...

Same with bennett...That fucking cat has had mega star after mega star in his teams....Langer, Lewis, Renouf, Tallis, Webcke,  Locky, etc etc.....Even when he went to Saints, he had a team that was anchored in the top 4 the previous 4-5 seasons...he brought along origin and test players in Boyd, Smith and Costigan who before they arrived to St George were already origin players...

He arrives to Newcastle and what does he do? Shits the bed, cause he doesnt have any superstars to cover up his flawed coaching......

The best coaches in the NRL in the last 25 years are Hasler and Bellamy...

Look at what Hasler has done with a dogs team consisting of Kris Keating, Josh Reynolds, Stagg , tolman, Payne who are nothing more than avg 1st graders...Even Barba was woeful in defense and under the high ball.....

Some people are simply born under a lucky star, its as simple as that...Griffin and Bennet are 2 people....
Missing the season because Gidley went down injured...Is he relying on that?
