you were the one who said payroll should equal wins. You backed this up with no proof, and have seemed to have forgotten about this as your argument
You then pulled all stars out of your ass. You backed this up with no proof, and have seemed to have forgotten about this as your argument
You then used the example of good team vs bad team. After being shown that the gap is tighter in baseball then your examples you then go back to the gospel of the loser - its all luck
Yet you cannot explain how the longest regular season of any sport in the world is more about luck then seasons that are much, much shorter. Anybody with half a brain knows that the longer something goes on the more the edge will play out, and therefore the shorter a season the more luck will come into play
So, do you have any proof that baseball is all about luck? You got facts and figures to back this up. Does the number of errors per game back up your claims? (by the way, the average per game per team last year was just over 0.61)
Or is it you just haze zero clue about the game?
maybe you can explain to us why prices are different for the Yankees when C.C. Sabathia is starting and when Bartolo Colon starts. Would this price variance be greater or less if Sabathia was the starter and ARod was and wasn't in the lineup?
I await your facts and figures on why baseball is all about luck
U are seriously an idiot.
1st of all u said overs and unders dont get put up the night before, only on the day. WRONG
U also said, the storm last year didnt change there style of play after the announcement hence not affecting o/u, again, i showed you that games averaged 12 points more after the announcement.
Now u are trying to say why a team that has lost 8% more games than another will get effectively $5 more on a price.
I dont need to school you again do i?
Furthermore, betting on baseball is the riskiest out of all sport, Why, cause not only is the game itself alot of luck, BUT the most important person ont he field is the pitcher, if he has a bad day or hasnt "turned up", your bet is pretty much over before it started.
If Kobe is having a bad shooting night, at leats he can play good defense, rebound and get assists, if Halladay is having a retched day, well he will just watch the ball go out of the park.
Oh, i forgot, u can tell when a player is gonna turn up or not. Coaches and players dont know if they are gonna turn up themselves, but u do......
We havent even started to talk about errors and bad hops in a game of baseball which most of the time turn the game on its head. But i suppose u can tell when a player is gonna make an error or get a bad bounce.
