There whole backline pretty much were injury free the whole season.....

If any team had an injury free season , they are assured of making the top 8.....

The cap means if u lose a few players , u r doomed.....

The way i think of it is like this.....

The chances of Lockyer getting injured accorss 24 games is much higher than the individual game i bet on......

Just looking at the probabilities....

4-5 players getting injured in one game is highly highly unlikely.....

In statistical terms, that year Paar had, actually that 10 weeks Parra had would be considered an outlier...

That was one of the most flukiest 10 weels ai have seen.....every single pass stuck, every single bounce went that way...

If Morts and Robson were really that good, why couldnt they repeat what they did?

That 10 week period was pure FLUKE...

Instead why were Parra one of the lowest scoring teams in the NRL? When u look at offense, look no further than the halves.....

Souths would have easily made the 8 last season if 98% of there roster didnt get injured.....

There young players would have learnt so much last season....They have terrific youngsters, in particular Gillette...That guy will play for NZ........

It really comes down to Lockyer. If he can remain on the park, they will make the 8. If not, then unlikely.....
