I see I double posted there. This game was a perfect example of a Grade 2 selection. The score at halftime was 00 - 02. In baseball if a selection loses by 3 or less and they play the same team at the same location the next day, that would qualify for a follow up revenge play. In this case (and in cases involving football and basketball selections) If it appears that you are certainly going to lose this wager it also becomes a Grade 2 pick for a 2nd half wager. It wins a very high percentage of the time and fairly often you not only win the 2nd half wager but win the game wager as well. That is what happened here. One of the first times that I noticed this and actually wagered on it out of frustration was a college football game involving Florida and Florida State if I remember right. I was on the underdog getting 14 points and I watched the entire first half getting trounced 00 to 28. I made a second half wager and left The underdog team (my team) came back and outscored them 28 - 00 ending in a tie game (28 - 28) Winner, winner. With the second half wager I almost made enough to cover my therapy session the next day. I do not know how I do it but it seems as though I always find a way to watch the worst times of any game that I have money on. SO I do not watch a single minute of the game and check the score for the results about an hour after the game should be over. A Grade 2 selection is only allowed during the regular season.
