 I started doing this as a hobby way back in 1980 and am now making my living on wagering on my own selections. All my research and selections are based on the opening line for the most part and given that the winning percentage has slowly been increasing year after year ever since then I find that as soon as the line is available I can take it and run without hesitation.

Just had a 5 and 0 day on the 12th. (Technically 7 and 0 as one selection was chosen with three different methods)

The solo selection on the 13th lost.

My selections are all based on a pattern or patterns withing a group of 43 numbers.

 I can identify with that but in the long run the decisions made by the coaches has worked out for me whether I wager two weeks in advance or the day of.

The thing that messes with me the most is the fact that almost 100 % of the time that I watch a game I watch at the absolute worst moments. Such as three times most notably: East Carolina getting 9 points a long time ago and I walk by the TV with them on the 2 yard line up by 14 or so and they throw a pass into the in zone and it is intercepted and run back for a touch down.

Or I watch the entire first half of Florida vs Florida state and I am getting + 14 points and I get outscored 28 to 00. I choose to leave after wagering on my team which is loosing miserable to cover in the second half. I do not watch it for even a second and my team outscores them 28 - 00 and I win both wagers but had to abuse myself by watching at all. EVER HAPPEN TO YOU? or is this just reserved for me?

I wager on my top selections and my best selections but this year I have added another fund for $ 100 per session which includes my top selections and selections from my all selection list which fit into profitable money line groups such as > - 140 and < - 162 and > - 269 for two examples based on results from the first day of this year.
