No offense, but I think to understand the importance both squads are placing in this match you would have to know the history between these two countries and the recent CAS appeal that stole points from Bolivia and gave them to Chile and Peru. Bolivia is still but hurt. They gave Peru a very difficult time and almost tied in the last minute against a very solid Peruvian side.
Chile is historically Bolivia's archenemy. Chile is the reason Bolivia is a landlocked country when they stole all of Bolivia's coast and if you are up to date with the news, Bolivia is going all out to kill Chile's chances of going to Russia. Even the president of Bolivia has spoken out about the importance of winning this match for them. The stadium is sold out and Bolivia will be playing this match with as much intensity as if it were a WC final. They want to go out with a fight, and will take full advantage of the altitude to get some revenge against a Chile that historically has taken everything from them.
This will not be an easy match for Chile. Chile is coming in with the pressure of knowing they have no other option than winning, after getting raped at home against one of the weakest teams in this qualifiers so far. If Chile does not win they are out. I do not see Chile winning this match unless they get help from the ref, like the Copa that they bought in 2015.
Expect at least a Draw. I would not be surprised if Bolivia won this match.
