Both lines here for the favorites look quite tempting to me.  I'm already on Uruguay and now Paraguay is looking to be even money or better; that's ridiculous....

I've picked your brain on Euro2012 and I'd like to ask if you have an opinion on WC2014 yet. Spain version 2010 can't be as potent just due to their age. Germany's young team looked very good, so maybe them? Brazil at +400 is a joke...

None of the above unfortunately.

What has been on my mind is resigning myself to the first losing month in soccer for me in the last 15.  I have a chance to finish about even, but htat would take winning the last few games of this tourney, which I am not counting my chickens.

Lousy tournament to watch, and lousy for me capping.

But the good news is the regular season starts in about a month.

I thought about it, I cant take Paraguay with the way they have been playing - but if they show up they should win.  But I couldnt blame you to take a shot on Vene advancing.

Van I have a question for you or if someone else can answer. 

5dimes has -0.5 -123 and then the ML at -120 (90 minute plus stoppage time only) shouldn't those be the same #? What's the difference between the -0.5 and ML in this instance?

Wow it just ticked down at 5 dimes to -0.5 -120 and ML -114

They are the same bet Books often post different numbers knowing the majority of people won't check the Asian Handicap

My book does this too (and I get even WORSE lines) -- the ML is -140 but the -0.5 is -130

Take the -0.5 then.

I've found that with a lot of these books offering horrible prices, it's much better to get in during live betting about 5 min (or more) into the game. lines drop significantly but you also risk the chance of an early goal being scored but with the way things have gone in this tourney....

Van, you got a lean on the total tonight? Was hoping movement would be on the under and jump on the over 2 near gametime but looks like is going in that direction.....
