YTD (EUROS): 21-21--7 (1-2-1 BIG PLAY!!!)
I got absolutely DEMOLISHED yesterday. Lost a LOT of money, real money, and some people are probably happy about that. I'm miffed why anyone would want someone else to lose, who is just here trying to help others. But this COVERS and I'm a grown man who has made a small fortune wagering so not gonna affected.
As for yesterday, Germany came out overly confident, and showed to the rest of Europe how to beat them. The Scots lost on an extra time goal and I'm extremely shocked at how bad some of these games and plays on my end have been. To anyone who has tailed and lost money, I apologize, this was never the intent. I am down units and promise you I am not chasing. Going to stick to the handicapping and the way I see the games flowing. It's a marathon and trying not to play every game and instead pick spots, but those spots haven't worked out, especially as the later rounds have arrived.
Today, I do NOT see Spain just laying down and hoping they will win the group on goal differential. They will want to get things done and the Albanian defense and keeper, while respectable, are not Italy. So I think Spain should see at least 2 goals here.
Italy has been very good in the first halves, I know it seems like they just grind games out, and the Croats have conceded quite a bit in the first half. This game should be very charged up as Croatia can still get in with a win here as the top 3rd place teams will also move forward. So I do think there will be some action in this game and with Italy getting such a generous number to get 2 goals, in a game where anything is possible, I like that play as a good return.
Regardless, this is what I'm backing, follow at your own risk since I got crushed yesterday:
SPAIN -1 (127)
SPAIN OVER 1.5 GOALS (-145)
ITALY FH PK (-130)
ITALY OVER 1.5 GOALS (+168)...MAYBE a late goal penalty to get this over the hump?
