On paper, it should be a cake walk but, then again, the Belgians are classic underachievers.

Yeah. You are somewhat right. But so are England. And teams that should blow doors off are underachieving. Russia horrible pre tournament. Over achieving. Tournament is backwards. I’ll take my chances. Japan deserve to get the doors blown off after their showing vs Poland
