Quick funny story.

Down here they are on USD but never have change for $100 or even $20.  

So, last time I fly here I was leaving casino and flew straight here and not go by bank to deposit any.  I had the lady at window give me like $1000 in 5s and rest in 100s and 20s.  So I had two envelopes full of cash and throw in my backpack.

I do that many times.  The last time I guess they bored and two guys pull me in room and say can they search? I'm like sure, no problem.  I just have a few clothes and laptop and books.  Because I keep plenty of stuff in USA also at my places.

The guy gets to envelopes and opens them -- in my mind I'm already trying to have a ready-made reason, like HOA due, gonna be here a while, etc.

He just thumbs through them without counting and puts them back in backpack.  Never even ask how much or anything -- like he see everyday.

I was under 10K    but was not by much and you could not tell without counting.
