Lately most places are doing seeded rolls with cooper sharp. I went american with fried onions since I was getting it from my local pizza shop. Usually just get cooper fro. The places known for it. If you're ever in Philly, Angelo's is one of, if not, the best. Uncle Gus's at Reading Terminal is supposed to be great. Angelo's is part owner. I'll be trying Uncle Gus's in a few weeks.
