scoring on some set pieces does not equal best player. She's clever but she's old and a bit of a defensive liability that England's O would have exploited especially if she's dinged up. That being said, she is a good player and could be missed. USA seems to be going for quickest line up.

Her sub, Christan Press who is much taller, scored the header that she might have been able to.
Christan Press played a great game. She could have put the game a way when the England defense made a crucial mistake. I still think she made a good decision shooting the ball instead of passing. The ball sailed wide otherwise it would be a goal.
Every day out of the red is a big win.

I hate all this nonsense these days that something should be removed because "slavery was involved". Like the Betsy Ross Air Max 1s that got pulled from being released tomorrow because they have OUR NATIONS ORIGINAL FLAG on them. Give me a break.
You cant erase your past. Slavery was just as disgusting here as it was in every other part of the world it was ever practiced. Doesnt mean we should delete all our nations history because of it. When you erase the past its more likely to repeat itself. As a country we have learned and grown from those times.
