Does anyone have stars as to, if there is a VAR/GNG, if the full game stays under?

Seems like nearly every game that has a GNG ends up going under

Lukaku to score 2 or more @ +220

Belgium-Luxembourg 1st half over 1.5 @ -105

Belgium TT over 3.5 @ +110  (not loving this, but stupid lines are forcing my hand)
