Lots of people are getting those types of units, upselling is a problem when people are falling victim to these types of salesmen. A/c units in Florida last 10-15 years, not worth it at all to get expensive unit

I agree, feel bad for people who are not smart enough to walk away from these sales tactics. The guy I have now is also a small family run business, amazing how the big companies feel the need to rip-off people in the communities they work in
