Seems like they are not sure what to do. Fans wont put the banner down but told them to hang it higher, so the escape route is open. Bochum (and firemen) want it down. They even might cancel the game...

I just don’t see how they can continue. 45 minute delay. Looks cold and players may be affected with such a long delay and cold. Seems to be no budging either.
