pain is building up as we speak , I find out more and more about this condition, if I tilt my head 45 degrees to the left I feel a nerve 

hurting immediately and numbing the entire left arm from shoulder to fingers 

 

as I said will contact my doctor tomorrow by Cedar Sinai network message and ask for help

i will take an Advil soon , Tiger Balm helps , and wearing a posture corrector as well , the pressure on the shoulder helps me to relax
