Benfica hit nicely to head into Friday with confidence to build on, and hopefully expand the budget for the weekend to come. I had already peeked at Friday yesterday actually, and have decided to lock in my only play.
Almeria - Osasuna: Pick: Almeria @ 2.40 (2u)
3 points is the only option for both these teams if they want to survive as both stand on 30p a piece, but digging deeper into the action, Almeria have started to do their job at home with some good results against quality opponents such as Malaga, Atletico Madrid, Real Sociedad and Valencia, where they have either won or drawn to earn crucial points at home. Noticeably, Almeria are playing very well at home and actually play really entertaining games in these "have to win" games - So this might be a good one to consider the "over" for those who likes to bet on total goals
I am of another opinion though, I certainly think Almeria has proven for the last 2 weeks or 3, that they are playing their hearts out to stay in the league. At home, this is a must thing which they have done with brilliance and it is hard to expect anything different this time when one of the weakest road teams come to visit without some players who are missing due to injury, whereof the creative midfielder De Las Cuevas will not participate.
Osasuna are a miserable 3-3-10 on the road, with only 9 goals scored in 16 away games. It makes me wonder where the offense will come from? Even if this game means as much to Osasuna as it does for Almeria, I am not willing to back Osasuna in this match-up, they have had massive troubles to score and they have just been leaking goals each game, 1-0, 3-0, 7-0 in their last 3 road games.
No matter if these are bottom sides in Spain, I choose not to overlook the brilliant performances of Almeria at home where they have stolen points from the top 5-6 teams lately, and Osasuna should be their next victim. 2 units on Almeria in order for them to get a small breather in the survival battle
Best of luck!

@DeepP0ck3ts That is also a good choice! I would take it as well but felt like a little low to me because I never play singles below 1.70. Benfica was indeed a little more dramatic than I would have hoped ^^ quite a stunning goal though. BOL pal
@theonetime Benfica was a nice one! Even though it required some nail-biting Regarding Almeria, the only thing that bugs me is that they are a bottom team and to give such a team my 'trust' is something I normally never would do, but lately they have found a consistency in their game which I like. And about that Atalanta bet, I will give Saturday/Sunday's menu a closer look during the day, but 1.80 for Atalanta sure looks like a steal, which also makes me a little worried though.. With regards to how the teams are playing, I was surprised to see Atalanta more than 1.65 tbh. Seems like that will be a major public play.
Anyhow, getting Almeria today is the key Best of luck!

Nightmare start likely ruined the game - It's funny how soccer can screw you over quickly sometimes. One day Almeria beat Atletico Madrid, Sociedad etc, and now concede two quick ones vs Osasuna who are the weakest team in the league imo.
Deep0ck3ts - A little over the top, I have never claimed I am a god, the best or superior to anyone here on the forum. This is not what I do for a living, it is a hobby aside from regular work. I thought it was clear to everybody here on the forum that you tail each other responsibly on your own risk. Some days you hit all picks, and some days your pick gets a nightmare start and lose early. Apologies it did not go well this time around, but no need to use insults as we are all responsible for our own funds. If you can not take a loss - why do you gamble? It is the wrong business for you mate, I hate to break it. If you expect 100% winners, you need to buy picks, but not even those are 100% accurate.. nothing is in this industry.
Nevertheless, you are my first negative experience on Covers in terms of not manage to take a loss. Tail with ease, no one forces you to tail or bet at all.
To all others - apologies, this was not the Almeria I have seen for the last 3-4 weeks. Where is the consistency when you need it ^^

Pretty much level after the past two days, just +0.25 units since Europa League. A pity Almeria did not take the chance to get a breather in the relegation battle
This sums it up so far, 4 months($100 backers profited $1529 so far over 4 months) 2014 (win-void-loss) 33-7-26 (+15.29 u) Accuracy: 55.93%
Hope to have something for the weekend coming up, either Saturday or Sunday.
Hope you had a good day everyone!
Another note to DeepP0ck3ts : See the above, I have 26 losses in 2014 but not once have anyone came here to bash on anything. Something to think about..

I hope you lost all your money on Almeria. Being from Honduras, guess that means three weeks hard labour on the plantation to get gambling money again.

Hey Deep, buddy, I heard that in Honduras, due to the temperature and humidity, men spend the night together stripped of most basic items of clothing. Is that true? Does it ever lead to, uh, you know, man-on-man intimacy?
