I was talking to my brother about that. Buying burned or abandoned houses and remodeling/rebuilding and reselling. But there’s a lot of competition for that here in California. Many, many people do this. I’ve lived in San Francisco, southern cal and now back in central California, where it’s cheaper to live. But even here, houses are now getting very expensive. Lots of investors buying homes.
