Make sure you turn off your camera if you have to get up for anything
I wear steel toe everyday. Thinking about getting composite next time. I still have 1 more new pair of Timberland pros I bought almost 2 years ago.

@kindred
I have for 23 yrs Kind, can't do framing without, this new setting will be a bit more proletarian I'm afraid. I like kodiak boots, they don't last more than a season but I find the comfort is worth it.

@Ganda
I'll have to check out the kodiak boots. I have a pair of Redwing that I liked, but don't think they're worth the price. Luckily I got them for $20 from my uncle. His company gave him a bunch of different new Redwing boots, then he retired.

I tried high end, like $250 Canadian, yeah they lasted a bit longer, but I needed comfort and good grip for climbing and walking roofs, found Kodiak and stuck with them for 15+ yrs, had to buy 2 pair every year though....
Here's how I capped Uruguay game: I knew how much they've scored so far (fuck all) and then I saw the lines for TT, 1st half over, to score in both halves etc... that was good enough for me.

Had to quit. The other guys in the company decided to go in a different direction, kinda out of the blue, they knew I wasn't gonna join so I got shafted a little. But mostly my body was done, winters were brutal anymore, constant pills etc and still tons of pain and couldn't move anymore, if you lose mobility and you gotta navigate 2nd storeys, ladders and roofs it's a bad deal. Didn't want to try and prolong it with a new crew, so here I am.
I should have made better decisions, I can't blame anyone but myself.

I need both safety and comfort. I do a lot if walking on job sites, but need the protection in case something gets dropped on my foot. I do low voltage, so mainly cabling, a/v work, etc. Sometimes it's a new construction with various trades, other times it's a finished building.

my cable guy left me with a mess here , he prewired everything during construction , set up security cams and a control monitor , had problems getting a security company monitoring my alarms system , dude hardwired it and put up contacts , cost me $ 1,700 for the alarm company to program the system etc , so i fired the guy
now i got a cable mess in my office , and loudspeakers still need to be installed all over the house
