please someone let me know what the difference is between the two moneyline/spread bet when there is no spread??

Liverpool ML means Liverpool has to win outright.  A tie means your bet would lose.  Liverpool pk protects you in case of a tie, you will get your money back.

My gut is telling me Liverpool and Athletico will end up in a tie. 

As for Roma, they look terrible this year and Roma never does well in England.  I don't see Roma getting anything from this game, so the +1 could be a push.  I see Chelsea winning here.
