Think it hits that number well before then. Only $9.95 ($995.00) per contract, which is tremendous value.
My $130 CALL is already worth $7.58 per share ($758.00) per contract, not bad when I took it out of the money at only $2.25 per share ($225 per contract)

With all these hurricanes every year, how much is insurance down there? I mean, to get hurricane coverage must be insanely expensive if your within 10 miles from the ocean.
I always wonder how everyone is able to rebuild so fast.

To those in Florida, I am curious.

Very expensive, I paid 3,500 this year for 400,000 of coverage. My hurricane deductible is about 10,000. Depends a lot on how close to water you are, the age of home and the roof material

I have friends who are paying 5,000+ a year for insurance, my sister pays a little over 5,000 and her house (which is wood frame and about 30 years older) is half the size of mine. Lots of "investors" down here in Florida
