You get better edges on the long parlays. Play 10 game parlays on proline and if you lose one game you get 20x your bet.
yes I have hit a few with 1 wrong, getting back a few hundred is better than nothing

It's a funny thing how passionate some people feel for and, (usually) against provincial sports lotteries. I have read of government conspiracies, people wishing to commit acts of violence toward proline players, and moreover, a general disrespect for those posting in this forum, on more than one occasion. Some of which is funny, but a lot which is mediocre rambling at best.
For the record, I respect others opinions on proline. It's easy to see how the house has an advantage, with the player forced to pick 3 (or 2) games at less-than-competitive odds; nevertheless, that are at least 3 advantages to playing "proline" vs. online which I would quickly like to detail for you.
That's it. Fire away at me if you want. I can take it.
I don't think of myself as a proline player, more so an opportunist.

There's nothing really to take FS. Fact of the matter is there's no comparison between playing the rip-off sports lottery known as Pro-Line and wagering with an off-shore sportsbook. NONE! I've been there and done that as the saying goes and believe me I've played every imaginable method there is to play using Pro-Line and I learned a hard costly lesson in doing so. However when I finally came to my senses and registered to play online instead, the sky has never been brighter. I don't need to go into detail about the numerous disadvantages of playing Pro-Line but one merely has to compare the odds provided by each party, OLGC and the Sportsbook. That in a nutshell is all one needs to know and providing the person has any half of a brain at all, he or she will understand that Pro-Line is indeed a complete and total RIP-OFF at its' finest!

having played proline, and have played sports action out in BC, i think sports action is the much better sports lottery because you can bet on every single game on those tickets and proline separates them on separate tickets. Ive also found proline being a punk and changing and or cancelling lines all the time using the excuse that "too many people have bet on that game" where as sports action left their games as it was, although im sure they have done it also in the past, just never while I was there since i played it every day.
As far as online books go, ive only ever been screwed over by william hill which i did report my case to the SBR. Other then that I have never had a problem with any other book i was ever with. I am currently with bet 365 and I like the way they do things, ive always gotten paid out without a problem. Proline on the other hand MAKES YOU WAIT ONE YEAR when they screw things up to get paid, and you have to march down to younge and dundas to straighten it out also, but you still gotta wait a year...which is absurd yet it happens to a great deal of people. For my friend and myself its happen over 10 times since 2012.
So i prefer Sports Action as well as the online books to Pro-line.
p.s. Hopefully if we get together and talk to premier doug ford about allowing regular bookies in ontario then that would do alot of us a good deal of help, and it would be just like Europe or Vegas where you can walk in make all the wagers you want and then get paid right there once the score goes final.
