1st time Winning

Hi,

I was wondering how long it takes to receive your hat, or hoodie when you win one in the Streak contest?

I supposedly won a hat last December and gave all my information in an email and still have not received my hat. Does it take 4 months? I even sent an email asking where or when I should expect it  and never received a response,  so I thought I would post it on here in hoping to get an answer here. How long does it take?

     You should have been notified by email within a few business days by customer service. Contact Myles at customer service. The forum " collecting prizes " on here says it could take up to 6 to 8 weeks to receive your prize including cash payouts.

 I won a hat a couple months ago and still haven't received it. I contacted Myles but he never responded. Again, I gave them my information once I got the email (the day after my streak hit 9) but nothing since. While this is less concerning to me since it's just a hat, I'd at least like to be updated.

I got an email from Myles and got my hat within one week via UPS. Ground 

MYLES IS THE MAN.I won a 1000.00dollars during chritmas week so it took a little longer but myles keep in touch with me and i got the money. also won a shirt and ball cap and they e mailed me. be patient. if not e mail MYLES THE MAN. GO BROWNS
