Usually when the monthly leader loses one this late, they rebound. Guess we'll see.
I usually start betting against survivor players when they hit 14 in a row. This person made me nervous.

So it will be interesting to see how Carlos plays the next 4 days.He is 1.5 "games" ahead of 2 people and there are 6 others in contention,but it is based on wins,so Carlos cannot sit back and let someone pass him in wins. His 3 losses help % wise in case he is tied in wins. He is 1-2 since his streak ended,and yesterday he seemed to wait until everyone else picked and tailed the guy in 2nd place with the Flor-Bos U 6.5,which lost. This let a few others move up the ladder. I have seen this a hundred times including when i won the monthly contest on 2 occasions........in the last day,i waited until the 2nd place guy made his pick and i took the same pick to guarantee that i won. I think Carlos still needs 2 wins in the next 4 days,but the others better not show their hand early because Carlos is smart enough to wait and do the same. Personally,i would wait until 2 minutes until game time to make my pick or just see how everyone else did and take the last late night pick on the board. The guy last month who was in 2nd made his pick early and the guy in 1st jumped on the same pick to cinch up the $1,000 prize. You'd be surprised at how many people can pick winners but don't know the strategy in the last day or 2.
