 Sorry to hear you are having issues.  Can you tell me please what browser and type of device you're using?  I was able to change mine successfully just now on Chrome/PC.  

If all else fails, please email our help desk:  support@coversmedia.com, and we can help you change it. 

I'm using a Samsung A02.

I've been met with an error page each time I've attempted to do so online.Ive even tried the 800 number I found online.????? 

Hopefully,emailing You at the given address will resolve the situation.

 Just checking back in - were you able to get it changed?  I think I see your email, however I'm not sure that it's you.  If you got a reply from Myles, can you please reply to that email with your Covers username, and the old email address on file?

Anyone have Myles email? locked out of my email and one of the recovery things is emails youve recently sent emails too and literally the only emails i've sent recently

Hi what buttons do I have to press to get a response? I sent multiple emails to contests@coversmedia.com regarding my streak that was dominating before it got reset yesterday... How many emails do I HAVE to send to get a fucking reply. I don't have patience to write emails to just get ignored. . I also have a 9 streak and would appreciate my HAT that I NEVER received. This kind of shit pisses me off.. 

I'm starting to think this game is just for pride.

 I responded to the email for my $20 amazon card but it didnt ask me for my address for the hat also when does the amazon card hit my amazon account.
