Just awesome Freight. I was at the GR Griffins game checking my phone all night...the battery went dead after the 3 run shot. I was telling me lady about it all night, we were rooting for ya. Hopefully you got something out of it. By the way, the Griffins won game 2 on a shorthanded goal in the 1st overtime. Great run!!||an_clap.gif' border=0>

Excellent run, Freightdog. Sucks that you ended up on the losing side with a ghetto bet. (MLB totals) Hope you hedged and made some major green anyhow, even though that would have taken some smart planning and multiple sportsbook bets.

Gambling has nothing to do with winning money. If someone wanted to make money there are alot better ways. Picking a game is the feeling you get while you watch it. Only a small wager will have you glued to the set watching Dartmouth play Harvard. It isn't even about how much money you have on the line, it's the pull from your gut that makes betting fun. Even if I lost 100k, that would have been the most invigorating evening ever, just watching it. This is why people skydive, or do other crazy things. It's all about the rush. Hey, Freightdog lost nothing! He put nothing up, to lose. He gained 1,000 plus a whole lot of fun. He layed a play out there and lost. So what? Over the long haul gamblers NEVER WIN. I don't care what they say, they don't win. They didn't build Vegas on payouts. I have been up huge amounts of money and have always found a way to give it back. Am I a loser, or just like everyone else???
