I just hit my 9th in a row. I am not all that concerned about the hat and the hoodie, but the part that says there is NO guarantee that as of a few months ago "ALL PRIZES WILL BE AWARDED" is a tell that there will not be any money awarded in this survivor contest.

Bullcrap ... that has always been in the rules section.  They will pay if you win!

Wasn't as concerned about the hat as I was giving the site some credit.  Lots of bash posts about these prizes, I've gotten everything i was supposed to. The idea that major prizes will not be awarded doesn't have any truth behind it.

i never recieved a hat ....i hit 9 in a row last year.....not that big of a deal but wonder why i didnt get it.......anyone?

Mike,

Still waiting for mine as well and I know I only hit "the hat" a couple of weeks ago but that is not as bad as Funaki and what he will think if (when) they do noy pay him! I have yet to read anywhere about someone collecting $$$ from the site. I am not bashing, just questioning...

honestly ur a tool. some members even have pics of the checks they have received up and the guy (tuppy) who won a 100k got paid. The site is valued at almost a million dollars now and that is only off of hits and ad revenue. that doesnt even include revenue from products they offer. Do us all a favor and leave

if u have all ur info correct its an automatic email u receive to verify ur address. i got my hat in 3 to 4 weeks

Everybody has gotten paid. I got my $25 credit and my hat is in route. My man Tuppy got paid $100K so I don't think you really know what you're talking about. Read the instructions and follow them and you wont have a problem. That is as long as you can read of course.

Anyone ever receive two prize notification emails after they won? I just replied like I was supposed to yesterday and now today I got another email today wanting me to confirm my address and reply again. I sent Rizzo a message but just checking if anyone has had to reply twice?

Tupy, did they send 100k check by the mail? Do you have go to their office to get it? I think they make it harder to win 100k compare to last years?

They say it takes 6-8 weeks. I'm waiting on mine too but its only been about 3 weeks. If it goes longer than 8 weeks email Rizzo he will take of you.

I'm new here. Just curious if the winners of hats and hoodies have a Canadian mailing address? If you do, it is stated in the rules that Covers will not ship these items to Canada. Cash prizes however, will be mailed to Canada.

that is right  and regarding my check i went to their offices to pick up.. there office just happened to be in same city as i lived.

Not really since i deposited it in the bank. Never thought to take a picture of it.

 

At the time it was in Halifax, Nova Scotia but that was in 2007.

Just got my hat in the mail. They emailed me on August 9th so it doesn't take that long to get your stuff. I finally hit 9 again but blew it. Baseball game under 7 that's 2-1 bottom 9 ends up 8-2 final. Not only do you have to be good but lucky (or at least not unlucky)
